GALVANIZING HOUSE

Hot galvanising is a modern and technically advanced process that protects steel against corrosion. It is one of the most effective methods for protecting surfaces from oxidation. Elements to be hot galvanised first undergo special chemical surface treatment and then they are immersed in liquid zinc heated up to 460 °C. During the process of galvanisation gradual zinc diffusion takes places and a layer of pure zinc is formed on the surface. The layer is even and it has increased adherence and abrasion resistance.
For larger elements we use hangers and for small products and screwed parts we use baskets which are later transported into a centrifuge. The process of galvanising is under full control thanks to an automatic control system and continuous bath temperature recording. Our equipment includes a galvanising pot of 2600x1200x1700 mm, which enables applying layers onto elements of dimensions up to 2500x1100x1500 mm. We are able to galvanize steel structures, barriers, fences, grids, gates or any other elements as requested by the customer.
