The share capital amounts to 4.485.564,98 PLN.

The share capital is fully paid.

DEMATERIALIZATION OF SHARES

On the basis of the Act of August 30, 2019 on the amendment of Commercial Companies Code and other acts (published in the Journal of Laws No. 2019/1978) all the documents of shares shall be submitted to the Company not later than on February 28, 2021 in order to convert them into the electronic form.

The validity of the documents of shares shall expire ex lege on March 1, 2021.

The shareholder submitting the documents of shares shall receive a confirmation.

The Register of shareholders shall be managed by Dom Maklerski BDM S.A., according to The Resolution No. 14 of General Meeting of Shareholders of September 21, 2020 on the choice of the brokerage office to manage the register of the shareholders.
