High intesity

Aircraft warning lights of a high intensity strobe are in accordance with ICAO type A, B regulations and FAAL-856 and L-857 standards. Those devices, 100% based on LED technology, use only white light and are available with luminous intensity from 2000 up to 20000 cd. They are usually installed on structures greater than 150m (490ft).

Lights of a high intensity strobe are used during day and night. Like MIOL, they are characterized:

  • low power
  • great longevity (over 10 years)
  • very low wind and snow deviation factor
  • wide range of operating temperature from -50°C do 70°C (-58F to 158F)

Those lamps are equipped with bird barriers.
