Low intensity

Aircraft warning lights of a low intensity strobe are in accordance with ICAO type A and B regulations and FAA L-810 standards.

Those devices, which are 100% based on LED technology, are offered in two types depending on luminous intensity >10 cd (LIOL-A) >30 cd (LIOL-B).

They are usually installed below 45m (147ft), but also as a timer device on higher structures.

 

Low intensity devices are only used during night time.

For army purposes is it possible to produce infrared IR.
