Please include the above change in all newly issued documents for our
Company and in registers and records, starting from 12/01/2023.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that, according to the legal regulations in force, the change of the Company's name does not affect the validity of the previously concluded agreements and contracts and do not require their annexation.
